Our Dentists

Richa Sinha
Principal Dentist
BDS MFDS RCS(Ed)
GDC 83114

Richa considers herself a practitioner of the art of dentistry and believes she is lucky to be in a profession where she can combine her childhood passion for art with science to create aesthetic smiles. She believes healthy mouths are created just as much with positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement as with regular good quality dental care.

Having graduated as a dentist in 2001 from Manipal University, Richa went through extensive hospital training in general and restorative dentistry, working as a senior house officer first at Edinburgh Dental Institute and then at Newcastle Dental Hospital.

She passed the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery examination at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and then moved to general practice where she continued her passion for the profession by going through a two-year certificate programme in restorative dentistry at Manchester.

As well as this she has continually increased her skills in other areas by undergoing training in short term orthodontics and dental sedation. She has undertaken her two year training in Implant dentistry from the prestigious FGDP at Royal College of Surgeons in London.

Richa holds a special interest in Cosmetic and Implant dentistry and is a member of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons( Edinburgh), British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Association of Dental Implantology.
